The Great Lakes is our own special reminder of how everything on Turtle Island is connected. From the land to the animals, we all flow together.

Truth and Reconciliation Day is about deep compassion and empathy for the Indigenous children who never returned home, and also about taking responsibility for creating a new future that honours and uplifts Indigenous People and culture.
